Finding The Goddess Within - Small groups for women to find the inner strength that so many have lost or never found, Women have been conditioned over centuries to be the lesser or weaker sex, times are changing and many are finding that they do not understand what it is or why they feel a rising power within them, the energies are changing throughout the world and the feminine energies are rising meaning that many women are finding that they are changing emotionally, mentally and physically, these groups are not feminism, we do not burn bras and run down men, we are simply here to understand the changes that are taking place and to help women find that inner Goddess that they all have, its about reconnecting and recognising and accepting all aspects of themselves, finding their balance, their strengths and weaknesses and understanding how their bodies work, learning how to listen to what the body is telling them, understanding their sexuality exploring their thoughts and ideas on many different subjects. All this will be in a safe and friendly confidential environment.
